This property was incredible. Great food, great service, rooms were amazing and AC worked great! I have stayed in a few hotels in punta cana area and this has been one of my favorites. You have access to the family part of the hotel which means more options of pools,bars and restaurants including activities! The only thing I was not a fan of was that after 1:45am there was no food options available. We went out to party and when getting back to the hotel there was no where we can get anything to eat! This needs to be fixed but aside from that everything was great!

Good new resort with beautiful pools great staff and decent beaches..the food options were good but not as expansive as some restaurants were closed some night The food selection at the Italian I didn't prefer Overall a good 4/5 resort with some improvements can compete with 5 start resorts 15 min from airport

Very clean. Well maintained. Very limited room service. Staff were minimally engaging and attentive. Hallways were very loud when carts were being pushed along them. Many times I would request a drink and staff would just never bring it. They seemed to do the bare minimum in most encounters, which were seemingly avoided at all costs. Only one person during my 7 day stay asked if I wanted a drink while poolside. Not the most travel friendly for solo travelers; felt often ignored was certainly not the recipient of the same level of service as those I witnessed around me. In general, staff just didn’t appear very happy. Food service workers appear to need some fans and cooler working environment. Beach was well maintained and the water was better than the other resorts I stayed in - hardly any seaweed. Part of the electricity in my room went out at least 4 times that I noticed. For some a plus and for others maybe not great, not one mention was made regarding spa services or tourist destinations. All in all, this was an extremely basic operation and not one I’m inclined to return to, but great for anyone just wanting to be completely left alone.

The property was very clean, the staff was really friendly and helpful. Some staff spoke very little English, and while others were more fluent. This did not bother me or my wife because we were not in the U.S. lol. The biggest thing we felt was lacking was the quality of the food. A lot of the food in the buffets was stale or did not taste very good. I recognize it’s difficult to have quality control when you’re cooking for so many people, but it was still a bit disappointing. We wished there was better communication about purchasing excursions as there are many commission based workers wandering the resort trying to sell packages. We also wished there were more activities during the day. Overall it was very beautiful, peaceful and convenient stay. Would recommend.

The pools and ambiance is lovely. The room service was a 4/10, being that we had our wait time be over an hour and often have to argue that they delivered the things to the wrong room and we had not received our things. The staff were okay, some were very friendly others treated us like a nuisance. Overall the place was okay.

This was the absolute worst resort I’ve ever visited. For starters the resort is DEAD literally no entertainment, no liveliness, no fun. The food & drinks are mediocre at best & most of the restaurants at the resort require you to make a reservation BEFORE 3pm the day of. The rooms have water damage & mold, if you pay attention to your buckling room door before even entering the room you’ll notice that right away. The plumbing is bad, my room flooded and after making friends with 2 other couples on the resort we found out this wasn’t a “one off” both couples experience shower flooding as well. The store/gift shop don't allow you to charge things to your room. You must pay with cash or card. They were not very hospitable or accommodating. I booked the swim out suite with garden view. I definitely did not have a view of a garden. My view was literally a huge pile of dirt from the workers actively digging (I’m assuming to work on the pipes due to the bad plumbing) when I asked to be moved I was quoted an additional $70 per night for a room change. Honestly this was just the first day. I wish I could write a full essay on this place but I’m limited to 1500 characters so I’ll just end with this. I’m not a person that ever writes reviews, good or bad! I’m also a person that takes negative reviews with a grain of salt because some situations might’ve been a “one off” and in those cases don’t accurately reflect the business. With that being said, this place is a DUMP!! Don’t do it!

This is a very clean quiet property no t that far from the airport. The food is good and for the most part the customer service was ok Jose in guest services was awful doesn’t understand what customer service is about but in the other hand Felix was the best example of customer service anywhere with his world class customer service. Vladimir the manager of the steak restaurant was simply the best, he should have more influence as he bent over double to make dining a good experience . If you like peace and not too much noise this is the place for you

First time in Punta Cana and couldn’t have picked a better place to do it. We did have an issue with our room, but they got to the problem fast and upgraded our room for free. We stayed on the Adult side (had accessibility to the family side as well) and it was quiet yet exciting. The staff was amazing. I will definitely be coming back in the future
