Toilet didn’t flush properly. Microwave was broken. The sink drain leaked each time I used it. The highway next to the hotel was so noisy I thought the window was open. There is very little sound proofing you can hear people talking in the hallway. The breakfast was DISGUSTING, I skipped it on my 2nd morning. I will def not be coming back. There are better options around this area for the same price point.

The hotel is fine. It's the breakfast they need to improve or stop offering it. Every time it's disappointing. For the rest, all is fine for the price range

Everything was fine. The bedding and pillows are old and need a refresh. The breakfast was not nourishing, a lot of unhealthy carbs. Boiled eggs would go a lot further than the scrambled that was available, and only black tea. A variety of herbal teas is an easy fix.

This property was ok. Originally we were put on first floor. Apparently the first floor is used for animals. Walked in the room and there was a an odor. Bed was so low to the ground and mattress was so hard I wasn’t able to sleep all night. Following morning we asked to move and we were accommodated without any issue. Moved to 5th floor which was much better. Asked staff for a wine glass for my room but was told they couldn’t let me use one. Hotel is a bit outdated. Good for an overnight. But I would not stay long term.

We had a nice stay here. Room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have a balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was just ok. Please be advised that there is no housekeeping service during your stay.

The sauna could be hotter, but between the pool, hot tub, and sauna, you can have a fun "spa" experience. The tropical look and birds add a nice touch. The rooms were clean and modern. Very comfortable stay.

Bathroom vent was not working and stacked dust layers on vent floating in the air when using hair dryer. Also very outdated hair dryer produce hair burning smell. Amenity especially conditioning shampoo Good. Wished provided separate conditioner and Body wash.
