Upon entering the guest room, I noticed that one of the queen beds had stains throughout the duvet covering and there was no washcloths or towels available for use. The room was a little chilly, so I cut the air condition unit off. After an hour, I noticed there was cool air still blowing from the vents, but not from the A/C unit. I ultimately made a decision to check out of the hotel around 10:15pm after checking in between 6 and 7 PM because I just did not feel comfortable and the room did not beat my expectation for cleanliness. I will not return to this property again.

At both check in and departure there was no one available at the front desk. The room was comfortable, but showing wear. Carpets, flooring and elevator showing some wear. Housekeeping staff were incredibly nice.
