Easy check-in, good staff, breakfast and good room for a family we were 2 people but we had lot of space in our room. Washer dryer, big refrigerator, sink, big TV and... very close to Aqua Park and you can go there with special way from inside the hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel.

My stay here at home2 is always great. My family and I love staying here. Our pet is a big part of our family and he’s always welcome here. But the bathroom doors that slides is a problem and some of the mattresses are stained.

The room was nice and big and the beds were very comfortable. I don't know what softener they use or what kind of sheets they use but those were the softest sheets I've ever slept in.

Snacks from the front were expensive, unsure of what the prices were as we were not given a receipt. And we were told room service should be by on a certain day so we got our room ready to be cleaned but no one came by.

We left a housecoat in the bathroom hanging on the back of the bathroom door. That same night we called and we were told no o e found the house coat. It seems very odd to me it was not found either the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly after we left or the house coat was taken by the cleaning staff. Either one is alarming. The front staff was amazing and very kind.

I like that it has a small kitchen in the hotel room. It is very convenient when you have a small child. The room was big. I wish that air was blowing better. I got hot during the night. We were not told much when we checked in about Wi-Fi, breakfast, or the pool. The check in gentleman was nice in getting a pack and play quickly for my child to use.
