My hubs had surgery and the night before we got no sleep due to people above us, went down and complain middle of night-no change. Next day talked to lovely young woman at desk and the manager popped in-gave us a top floor room and it was a suite!! Great service-slept like babies that night! Very very clean place!

The people were very nice, but the room was very outdated. Bathroom was dull, and the toilet so short, almost fell in. The hot tub has seen better days. On a whole everything looks outdated. It was clean, which is why we stayed, (we had it booked for 7 days) But for the price, it should have been better. The breakfast each morning was great, and the person running it was very professional, and courteous!!!

Room #314, Toilet issues all 6 days, maintenance did fix, worked a few flushes than back to plunger duty.... Had to go back & forth with last day being paid by Cancer center.... 2 times had to talk to everyone.... Stressful.... The raising your rates due to sturgis, not wanting to give Cancer patient discount really a poor rating on your part..... Glad for hotels.com THEY gave me a better deal

The chair in the room was nasty and dirty. There was a stain on the bottom of the toilet where it screws into the floor. It hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Plug in’s on the lamps didn’t work in the room. Breakfast selection was good. Both hot and cold options. Seemed like a decent part of town. Plenty of pillows and bed was comfortable. A little expensive for the cleanliness of the room.

The employees were very nice and professional. There was hair in the bathtub, blood stains on the mattress, and the TV remote would not work. At breakfast, the toaster did not work and they ran out of bagels and muffins both days. They did have plenty of eggs, sausage and potatoes.

The hotel rooms were dirty & not cleaned well. I did what I have never done before… I immediately complained to hotel staff. They put me in a different room. However, that room was not much better.

Days i was in the hotel property every night the room access key/cards didn’t work, every time I have to go to front desk to get it fixed which very annoying and tiring since you came back with for while day travel!
