Waiting time for a drink was too long, 30 min for a drink. Too noisy. Beach area with dirty and not clean. In the time that we stayed was no change of towels or sheets. Staff approaching was also inconvenient.

Insatisfação com a Experiência no GAV Hotel/Resort
Gostaríamos de expressar nossa insatisfação em relação à nossa estadia no GAV Hotel/Resort, onde nos hospedamos entre os dias 29/12 e 02/01. Embora o hotel seja recém inaugurado, nossa experiência deixou muito a desejar O hotel estava superlotado, o que gerou uma série de problemas. Os preços são absurdos e não condizem com a qualidade do serviço oferecido. A academia e o restaurante estavam constantemente lotados, e durante o café da manhã, não havia mesas e cadeiras disponíveis para os hóspedes. Além disso, notamos a falta de funcionários, o que dificultou ainda mais o atendimento.
O serviço de Room Service foi precário. Pedimos uma pizza que demorou 2 horas e 50 minutos para chegar, demonstrando a total desorganização do hotel. O bar da praia também seguiu o mesmo ritmo, evidenciando a falta de estrutura e planejamento
Para agravar a situação, enfrentamos constantes abordagens de vendedores insistentes que tentavam nos convencer a comprar parte do empreendimento, o que foi bastante incômodo acreditamos que o GAV Hotel/Resort tem muito a melhorar para atender às expectativas dos hóspedes. Essa foi nossa avaliação durante o período em que estivemos lá.
