A estrutura do hotel é excelente e os quartos são muito confortáveis. A equipe do hotel se esforça para manter a alta qualidade do serviço. Entretanto, alguns pontos negativos precisam ser mencionados. Há uma preocupação excessiva com o controle dos hóspedes, o que acaba causando desconforto. Por exemplo, há filas frequentes para entrar no restaurante e é necessário fornecer o nome. Além disso, alguns eventos que pareciam ser gratuitos tinham mesas com preços dos produtos expostos. Um desses eventos incluía uma apresentação de música ao vivo antes do jantar, mas a presença das mesas com preços deixava os hóspedes desconfortáveis, parecendo que seriam cobrados para participar. Wonderful rooms, the staff member are amazing , there was always someone that could help no matter where you were in the hotel. I would totally recommend this hotel for anybody especially families!!! Right in front of the beach not even 5 feet away. Front desk really patience and helpful
