A mixed view of my stay here
The reception check in was fantastic and very helpful.
I have stayed at the hotel three times and have always liked it and is a convenient location for tube and airport connections.
However, the morning of check out I asked the lady to charge my phone as my plug was not suitable, I came back 30 minutes later and saw that the phone had not charged, I thought strange but these things can happen.
An hour later I asked the same lady again, it was important I had battery on the phone, I came back a while later and AGAIN the phone had not been charged, I checked on the second occasion that there was a connection and the phone had started to charge, she obviously took the phone out and would not charge the phone.
Very disappointing.
