The Garden View room we chose was of lesser quality than other rooms at this hotel. I wasn’t aware of this or would have chosen a room in the main building.

Very nice hotel in downtown Rehoboth. A few blocks from the beach, but walkable and shuttle service provided in the summer. Nice pools. They offer chair rentals for the beach for a fee. Decent breakfast with lots of options, although very crowded during our visit and slow to refill items and cook omelets because of the crowd (we picked the worst time to go to breakfast). We were in a garden room and felt it was rather small for the overall cost (no space for our suitcases) and a bit dated, but we enjoy the hotel overall. It is well maintained, has easy parking, a bar, and nice lobby area.

Only problem I had with the Bellmoor was that the bar and food service were closed on the days we were there because it was slightly off season (10/15-17). Didn't know that when we made the reservations.

Stay here everytime I visit Rehoboth Beach. Very comfortable beds, beautiful lobby with a fireplace and tranquil garden area to relax.
