Pool, view, food- superb Cleanliness- rooms were not cleaned well Rooms- noisy with traffic noise, some smelt bad Staff- in general friendly and polite. Unfortunately some staff in buffet restaurant could be rude. Some aspects of hotel are 5 star some not 5 star. Hotel is not value for money. It needs improvements.

Felt like a 3 star hotel masquerading as a 5 star property. Most annoying was the cheap policies - €2 for additional coffee pods and not replenishing water in the room for example. Main pool was nice but mismatched sunbeds, tiny umbrellas and zero shade meant it wasn’t particularly pleasant to be around. Average hotel, trying to be something it isn’t.

5* Review We stayed for a week bed and breakfast and cannot fault this hotel. Beautiful property with attentive, friendly staff. Would reccomend B&B option as there are so many amazing restaurants to try in Lindos. We will return to this hotel! See you next year Lindos Grand Resort and Spa.

The hotel itself is beautiful and kept pristine. The staff hospitality was lacking. We were commonly spoken to with a disrespectful undertone throughout our trip. Along with other inconveniences, our trip could have definitely been better. The food is mediocre at best. Not the best place to get greek food ironically.

Very quiet & tranquil during our stay which was lovely. Hotel clean, food in main restaurant good with plenty variety. Tried Thalleta and La Cucina whist we were there which were both excellent. The only criticism is that it should be clearer that if you are on a half board package that the only restaurant included in this is the buffet restaurant and not any of the a la carte choices. Also as the hotel is closing for the winter it started to run out of wine and menu items. The hotel also advertises free water which would lead you to think this would be for the duration of your stay but it’s only the first night. Overall very happy with our stay but think certain things should be communicated more clearly to avoid confusion.

Overall the stay was good. The rooms are rather small but clean and comfortable. The one issue in the room is that a large pillar restricts access to the door to the balcony and makes it difficult to operate. Looks like a design fault in the room design. Food in the buffet was excellent but in one of the other restaurants, service and food quality were not good. If it rains, the water flows down the staircases like a waterfall and runs into the lifts rendering them unusable.

Un Resort elegante e curato, con una vista mare superlativa da ogni parte della struttura e in particolare dalla bellissima piscina a sfioro, davvero grande, elegante e molto curata. Posizione ottima, a cinque minuti di macchina dal caratteristico e romantico villaggio di Lindos fatto di piccole casette bianche con ristoranti sulle terrazze, dalla maggior parte delle quali si può ammirare la fascinosa e antica Acropoli. Ein wirklich tolles Ressort mit allem was das Herz begehrt um zu relaxen. Das Personal ist herzensgut und immer da bei Fragen. Besonders herzlich waren Nektaria, Raffaela (Service) Gina (Reszpetion), Antonis Sarki am Pool & Strand. Wir haben den privaten Pool am Zimmer sehr genossen, am Poolbereich haben wir auch einige Stunden verbracht und dann das Higlight: Der Strand in 5 min. Fussentfernung mit Hoteleigenem Bereich und kostenfreien Liegen. Kein Handtuchstress am frühen Morgen. Alles in allem haben wir eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche dort verbracht.

Oppholdet var helt forferdelig aircondition fungerte ikke det var dårlig luft, ballong døra var veldig vanskelig å få opp. Håndkle ble ikke byttet hverdag. Vi fant kakerlakk i soverommet å måtte ringe hele 3 ganger før resepsjonen sendte noen ned til rommet vårt, det er et veldig fin hotell men servicen er ikke bra.
