I looked at reviews prior to booking the hotel, we were originally booked for two nights When we arrived the hotel halls smelt like cigarette smoke. You only had a top sheet to sleep with, the next morning woke up to the elevator being down with just caution tape. Needless to say we checked out early, Expedia was able to get majority of a refund back from the hotel and got us to our next destination!

Didn’t get much sleep with the door moving all night from people wandering the halls and talking. Door kept moving when they closed their door. Didn’t get the room I asked for and wasn’t made aware of it either as for I would have booked elsewhere no accommodations were made.

Some construction nearby made it a bit more confusing to access and some areas of the hotel need to be refreshed. Otherwise, it is quiet and convenient.

When we checked in, we were informed the elevator was broken and they were waiting on a part. It was 8pm, so no 1st floor rms avail. No discount offered. Only a cancelation & we could go stay somewere else. My roommate's neuropathy made getting to the room a little difficult, but I carried the luggage up on a couple of trips. (No offers of assistance from the hotel staff/mgr). The room itself was just OK. Beds were not up to current hotel comfort standards. Not awful, but I won't be staying here again.

My complaint is how the whole hotel smelled like Marijuana. There were other guests physically fighting in front of the hotel. Yelling, screaming, and fighting in the hallways at all hours of the night. The front desk worker at 630 in the morning was rude everytime i heard her talk to a guest.

Given wrong room.
When I booked the room, I booked an accessible room. I arrived after 5;00 pm and was told the room had not been cleaned yet. They put me in another room that was supposed to be a non-smoking and smelled of cigarettes.

Spacious and clean suits, nice and polite staff. It was very nice to stay there. Only one part was not very clean - the stairs. Every time I was using it I got kind of allergy. Behind that part the hotel is very nice.

Poor experience
We bought some items and left it inside our door, after the house keeping came it went missing, the AC was leaking and the floor was wet . The pool area was always wet .
