Good for overnight stay
Nice motel for an overnight stay. We liked it as it was quiet and not near a lot of shopping centers. Room was nice and service attentive. Our first room had a smell like mothballs so we were moved immediately to a new room. Some noise into the late hours with people banging doors. Quick check in and check out. Not much around if that is important.

Mid Accommodations in Midlothian
The front desk staff could not have been friendlier and the check in was smooth and quick. Unfortunately, once we walked down our hallway the smell of mold and old carpet was overwhelming. There were only 2 electrical outlets that worked to charge our phones fully. Several of them sparked when we tried to use them. The breakfast was excellent and offered a lot of different options and the lobby area and dining area were very clean. It appeared the front desk attendant was working by herself when we saw her all weekend and she was working hard, checking guests in, going to floors for issues, and answering phones. We dont know her but I would hire her for Guest Relations in a heart beat if she lived closer to us!

We arrived at 4:45 and were told our room wasn't ready, yet check in was 3:00. Luckily after some discussion, a room was found to be ready. The window curtains had mold and holes and the bathroom tiles and shower head had red mold. There were mysterious drips going down the bathroom door from the handle as well. We were only there for one night.

Be precise when reserving a handicap room!😡
I reserved a handicapable room due to our physical limitations, especially for the use of the bathroom and shower. Instead I was given a room for the hearing impaired.😡. We dropped off our luggage and went out for a bite to eat. We didn't notice the difference until we returned later that night. By then it was too late to exchange rooms. We were not able to get the full use of the room as far as comfort and access to the usual accommodations.

Property is conveniently located along Midlothian Trnpk which has a lot of shopping and dining options. Not far from mall. Only complaint was the location of the desk in the room. It made it tight to get past the bed but we moved the chair to the side of the desk instead of in front of it and that gave us more room.

This hotel was perfect for my stay. The location wa close to where my parents stay and made it easy to visit. The room had plenty of space and breakfast was great. I hope they fix the treadmill in the gym. Otherwise, I recommend people staying here. People at the desk were always available and helpful.

Just an overnight stay for a baseball tournament. The hotel had been somewhat updated & the beds were great. The bathroom had very noticeable mold, the toilet stayed backed up and the walls were crumbling. But, overall it was clean and it worked for what we needed.

Do not waste your money here. This property is not maintained. Gym equipment does not work. Front desk response was "sorry". A large sticky spill on 2nd floor 1 foot off the elevator was there for 2 days. Orange juice was more brown than Orange.
