I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The pool offered a stunning view, making it the perfect spot to relax. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made the experience even better. Plus, the location is unbeatable—close to everything you could need. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Though at a great location & rather high price & poor room condition, we enjoyed our New Year’s Eve overview. Specific problems: 1 Room AC malfunctioned & was not fixed, hallway cool was let in by us by keeping the door open. 2. Bed & pillows were uncomfortably lumpy. 3. Floor was sticky & uncleaned. 4. Windows were not cleaned & had heavy stains that could have been easily cleaned for the view of one of the greatest beaches of the world & undoubtedly the best celebrations to usher in the new year— where even children & mothers were moving along safely under the vail of an excellent security.

I always stay at this hotel when I'm in Copacabana. It is centrally located on the beach. It's small, modern and clean. I think Windsor does a superior job when it comes to hotel accomodations and service.

It is located right on the beach front.
Overall, pretty good with service and breakfast, however, my room was rather dark and the bed mattress did not have inside cover. They put a sheet right over the bare mattress top.

Wonderful hotel on Copacabana beach
Our family stayed in three beachview rooms; we had three of our college age sons with us. Rooms were clean and well kept with daily bed / towel service. Beds were comfortable but pillows - not so much. The shower was fabulous----great jets that my shoulders appreciated. We ate breakfast every day at the hotel which was included. Best fruit ! Amazing! But, we were also there in their summer time. They also have an omelet / egg bar and they will make eggs however you like. We ventured out for lunch / dinner and did not eat at the hotel. The pool overlooks the beach. All the hotels are across the main road and across the street from the beach but there is a wonderful beach view. I felt very safe at this location. We walked to most of our evening restaurant choices. Close to shopping. We walked to a grocery to get waters and a few clothing boutiques. The gym is very basic and could use some free weights. They have a sauna but we did not use. The concierge, reception desk, restaurant staff were all very kind and helpful. We are English / Spanish speaking and most all the hotel staff were as well. I would stay here again.
