The only down fall is too close to airport and road. A lot of noise from planes and cars. Recommend at least asking for on the back side of hotel. That will help with road noise.

Hotel was fine, other guests were awful.
We enjoyed our stay based on the hotel and staff, but the other guests were wild and it made it less enjoyable. We wanted to use the pool and hot tub, but there was a large party of 20 or so kids and adults running between the two and throwing water and refillable water balloons. My daughter and I and some other guests went to the outside pool to avoid them, but they continued running around and jumping into that pool as well so we eventually gave up and retreated. We also struggled with kids running up and down the hall during the night and morning and loud people around us. I wish there was soundproofing and some kind of enforcement of pool rules.
