Helped me with bags to my room, arranged airport transportation on late night arrival and 4am departure, knew my name, offered maps and suggestions for local food and site seeing, packed a take away breakfast for my early departure. Excellent Boutique Hotel close to Castel Sant'Angelo, Vatican and Spanish Steps among other sites. Very clean and the Buffet Breakfast is magnificent. They make you fresh eggs to your liking and also Italian coffees. The rooftop view of the Vatican is spectacular where breakfast and cocktails are served. This is our second time staying here, we find it a lot better than other 5 stars Hotels we have stayed at in Rome.

We are very happy with everything that Hotel ISa has provided us. The entire team is incredibly professional, very attentive, friendly and very caring. The friendliness and attention they have towards us is impressive. I travel all over the world and I have never been treated so well. The owner of the hotel kindly offered us a sparkling wine on the night of our arrival. Thank you very much to Hotel ISA for everything. We will definitely be back together on our next trip to Rome.

Older property but well appointed and maintained. Walkable to many monuments. They have a nice breakfast buffet and eggs/omelet/pancake station. Hotels in Rome are very pricey, in general but this hotel is a good value. We booked the twin standard and were lucky to get room 508 (top floor) facing the street. Nice rooftop bar. However, they do not serve dinner. Try Vida Restaurant around the corner and you're all set.

Breakfast is amazing!! Best I’ve ever had at a hotel. From Chef preparing made to order eggs (even omelets) to gourmet meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, mimosas along with the regular staples of bacon, fruits, cereals, yogurt, juices, coffee, tea and more. A great way to start your day.

Wonderful, elegant property! Breakfast on 6th floor terrace was fabulous! So many choices and the best views of Vatican City and more. Staff was very accommodating for all our questions and needs. We had an Unforgettable experience at ISA
We had an AMAZING experience. We got the room with the hot tub and it was wonderful. We got there and they had champagne and snacks for us. The room was spotless (and believe me I am so picky about cleaning). Staff were wonderful. The manager was so nice and helpful. They kept our big luggages when we went to Tuscany and then we come back and spent two more nights there. The location is perfect. We walk to all the main attractions but we were not in middle of the crazy busy touristic area. We just loved ISA and can not wait to go back

Great breakfast with a view
Our recent stay in Rome's Prati area was necessitated by the full booking of Hotel Dei Mellini, leading us to an alternative accommodation. The hotel presented a well-maintained environment; however, the presence of a single narrow lift posed an inconvenience. Room dimensions felt somewhat restricted, and when considering the cost in relation to Hotel Dei Mellini, the value proposition did not meet our expectations. On a positive note, the staff were commendable for their excellent service, and the hotel's prime location was a significant advantage. Additionally, the breakfast experience was elevated by the stunning views of Prati and the iconic dome of St. Peter's Basilica.
