Door had huge gap underneath- had to stuff bottom so nothing could get in. Light fixture fell off the wall next to beds. Deadbolt not aligned! No security! Floors-very dirty Comforter stained Wouldn’t recommend

We got there late at night, the check in was quick got our room quick. Breakfast was offered but opted to go somewhere else. Nice stay.

Ok for the price
We booked our stay here as a part of a larger trip from Fort Worth to Tucson with a stop in White Sands NP. It was fine, but a little older than the pictures let on. The room was comfortable enough, but it was kind of a noisy area with a lot of loud cars going by. Luckily, we were both dog tired from driving all day. It was fine for the price.

There was hair in the shower and on the floor throughout the place. I always take disinfectant wipes to clean and it was not clean. Thankfully the bed sheets looked clean.

I stay here 4 times a year during my cross-country trips. The first night was fine, but the second night was not. I came back from dinner at 8pm and there was a party in room 119 next to my room. There was loud music, laughing, yelling and whooping it up. It didn’t bother me until 11pm when I needed to go to sleep, since I had to wake up at 6 AM and drive 11 hours. I called the front desk. I heard the phone ring next-door and then waited another 25 minutes and nothing had changed. I called the front desk again. It went on again for another 25 minutes and then I heard the door close and a car start and then there was silence. Not a very happy second night.

The registration area was decorated a lot. But smelled terrible. Many different scents. Linen was not clean. We changed rooms and the linen was still stained. The pillows were small and uncomfortable. Out door pool was closed. The best part was the large refrigerator.
