This property was super comfortable. The hall floor carpets were very thick and it helped keep the halls quiet. Our suite with kitchenette was roomy, comfortable, and quiet. The included breakfast was really good with tons of choices. The person staffing it was very helpful. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful too. We enjoyed the indoor heated pool too. This is a great place to stay.

Room was extremely clean and tidy. Breakfast was great. Only issue was the front desk lady that checked us in was a bit rude and unfriendly and tried telling me I needed to sign up for Marriott Bon Voyage even though I rarely travel and acted like I was stupid for not wanting to sign up.

The mail reason we came to the property was the indoor pool. We called 2 hours before the arrival to make the reservation and NOBODY told us that the pool is broken for more then 2 month. It was totally unexepytable. False advertising 2- no body lotion at the room. When I called and asked for it only 1 little tube was brought. 3- Breakfast. They had all extras for yogurt and oatmeal like nuts and raising were OUT of oatmeal and out of yogurt. So basically no food for kids. 4- Outdoor area as dark , I had to call to concierge and ask to lighten it. I haven’t expected such a poor stay at Marriott operated hotel and would definitely ask to be compensated.

He was a good place to stay in a pinch. We weren't expecting to end up in Folsom but it was a good alternative and the staff was nice plenty of parking dog friendly convenient to restaurants and shopping.

The property was fine. It was clean and nice. The bed and pillows were super comfy, but we did have trouble with the AC staying on. We were on the 3rd floor and it was a really hot day. It would have been nice if their AC worked better. Also, for some reason, I got a notice that the pool was closed. It would have been nice to use the pool on such a hot day. Breakfast was mediocre. Not much of a selection. They kept running out of bacon and the only fruit provided was apples. No yogurt or anything else that was appealing. Pretty much only plain bagels. No white or wheat bread. Orange juice was out of a gallon that everyone had to pour. We were better off going to IHop across the way. Also, someone had a barking dog up there. Thankfully we didn’t hear him from our room.
