Needs a huge update
This hotel needs to be refurbished. Carpets, furniture stained. The staff has done a very good job making it clean & presentable, but you can only do so much. I will try another place when i am in town again. Staff helpful & friendly. Breakfast was good. .

Hotel was close to the outlet shopping but it was very dated. The bed was comfy & the linen & towels were good. Provided a 1/2 roll of toilet paper with no spare, no hair dryer, no usb plug, no clock, small TV.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel itself is sadly outdated and looks to be falling apart in some areas, the pool was very warm for a pool and was very cloudy and dirty. Our room also stayed pretty hot and muggy despite our thermostat being set to 68

When we first got there we waited about 15 minutes before someone would come to the front desk. We then got our key and we inspected the room. We notice the blind was ripped. The dust on the headboard can use a good cleaning. It was hard to open our door and we notice the jam was broken on the back side. When asked foe more towels and wash rags we were told they didn't have wash rags left. But with all that it was a place to lay our heads to the night.

The desk receptionist was very nice and polite when she finally showed up. The bathroom shower had a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod and there was a 1/2 used complimentary bottle of shampoo on the top of the shower frame. I mean come on.

There were many things wrong with our room. The rug wasn’t vacuumed, no towels, one small bar of soap, the sheets, comforter and pillows were well worn and yellowed. The pillows definitely need to be replaced , the toilet ran every time you flushed it, we had to take the lid off and fix it. In general this hotel is very dated and ran down. I would not recommend it

It was ok for the money you pay. Front desk was slow to check in. Clerk was attending a customer on the phone for a long while, while I’m assuming it was the manager sat in the back room, came out and said she would be right with us, but never came out. The clerk was on the phone for a great deal of time and there were other people trying to check in behind us. It was at least a 15 min wait to get serviced. The lady in the back room never did help us. The room was ok, pretty decently clean. Bed was ok but pillows could have been better, they flattened right out and I had a kink in my neck the next morning. You could hear everything from the hall so room was not so quiet. Other than that it was convenient and close to shopping and dining…

We booked our room more than a month in advance and when we attempted to check in, they informed us that they had overbooked and didn't have a room for us. We are from out-of-state and this was a huge inconvenience. They recommended another Choice hotel that was 40 miles away and was a 2 star hotel. We took one look at the place and knew we would never stay there. We spent the next 2hrs. going hotel to hotel trying to find an opening. I also attempted to contact the manager but she never returned my call. What was supposed to be a nice relaxing night away ended up being a nightmare.

Our 4 night stay was nothing that we had hoped it would be. There were several electrical outlets that were worn so badly, that when i plugged my phone charger in it just fell out. Our room was not cleaned all the while we were there. I called the front desk and was told that the rooms were only cleaned upon request. I went down to request clean towels and noticed a sign on the leftside of the desk stating housekeeping of rooms upon request. I didn't notice it when we checked in, and I believe that should be clearly stated to guests when they're checking in. I would never recommend a Choice Hotel Property, especially because of their house keeping policies.

Booked room on Expedia, got time for check in was told that room doesn't exist. Asked for comparable room, told them im just sleeping in it for one night. Took 25 minutes to get a new room. Room was ok, clean no thrills which was fine. Breakfast was fair, wet scrambled eggs, jimmy dean sausage and regular stuff like cereal and toast. Overall I'd probably still stay there again for location and cleanliness of property.

Close to outlet shopping . The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel needs updating in rooms and especially the pool. Breakfast was very limited but the scrambled eggs were good. We would not stay here again.
