Why are the Handicap Accessible rooms always the farthest from the door or elevator? Very hard for a disabled person to walk that far.

Hotel was clean, staff was very good. The beds and pillows were fantastic. My main concern was that in our room the bed frame was too long for the mattress and stuck out so I hit my toes constantly. Also the toilet seat was too big for the base . Toilet paper was like sandpaper. But the price of the hotel was very reasonable.

Unfair to senior citizens who accidentally typed in Midland Michigan instead of Midland Texas to book a room. . They refused to give a refund and we think this is discrimination. We will fight this.

The only issue we had was check out time is 11 am and we were trying to get a quick nap in before continuing with our trip, they woke us up before 10 am with house cleaning, made it a long day
