The hotel is quite clean. I was disappointed with breakfast. I went to have breakfast at 7:30 am and there was no breakfast left, only juice and coffee. There was no bread or pancake left for my family. I asked at the counter and they kindly told me that they had run out. Apparently I had to get up at 5 am to have breakfast.

The guy at the front desk sat talking and laughing with someone on a video chat while I was waiting for 10 min for him to even acknowledge me or even start to check me in. He was clearly talking with a friend BTW. The room had mold growing down the walls. The complementary breakfast was okay but mold poured out of the apple juice.

I was a little bit disappointed when I showed up because when I checked in, I asked about the pool and I showed him the pictures on the website and it shows that they have a pool and a Jacuzzi, but it came to realize that they did not have a pool or a Jacuzzi so I told them that is false advertising and they said it wasn’t their fault because those pictures are old so I ended up staying realizing when I checked into the room they had just a basic TV with no Netflix no Hulu no nothing. Just a basic TV was a little bit disappointed about the room as well but I guess for what I paid for is what you get your money‘s worth

This place is dirty. I would want a refund but not worth the effort like before. The sheets are dirty, food on ground, human fluid on outer blanket, trash behind all night stands, sprinkler leaking brown syrup fluid all the way down wall, blood like fluid on door, inside toilet dirty, towels paper thin, outside gross with coffee in entry way all over floor, the pool that they advertise is filled with black water, human forces in parking lot and front desk mumbles and not helpful, slept with lights on for fear of roaches, stuffed all pipes with towels, felt dirtier when showered, I hate this place and it should be torn down immediately.

Severely disappointed
First off the price they charged was not the same as on your site, it took forever because the deposit was different then posted on the Web site and I had to run around at midnight finding a place to add money on my card. The room was totally crap, beds were trash, no hot water, tv did not work or the toilet. And when u checked out he told me my deposit would take 7-10 days to be returned which when I checked in they said 3 days for reimbursement.
