Enjoyed our stay at Embassy suites but was a little disappointed in the condition of the room. Big on first impressions and the floor in our room was not up to par. Did not appear to be vacuumed or mopped in the bathroom area. Could do a much better job with cleanliness of the rooms by the house cleaning staff.

Everything was fine, breakfast was great. Left our new iPhone charger by the bed plugged in and when I called later that evening or the next day, it wasn't found. Housekeeping didn't bring anything to the lost and found, positive it was by the bed.

The bathtub was slippery when taking a shower. Almost fell a few times also when the tiles on the floor are wet they are slippery too. Also it would be helpful to have a hand grip next to the wall when getting out of the bath/shower. The lights in the bathroom are overly bright. It would be nice to have the lights on two different switches to chose how much light is needed.
