Pretty disappointing. Seems like ownership just changed or something but first off my room smelled like fresh paint so that wasn't pleasant to stay in. Shower during the evening had no hot water but had some in the morning lucky and the hot tub was COLD.

One of the front desk staff ended up hitting on my wife then called us 4 times in the middle of the night mind you it was midnight we where asleep when he called then he sat behind her at breakfast as he followed her to our room as i was putting things un the truck plus never got a refund for the money he charged go figure

Do not leave any kind of review for this hotel the staff is very rude i made one reservation for 4 nights the staff was rude upon checking in the night manager is creepy and follows every customer throughout the halls breakfast is not good at all your forced to eat in the cafeteria and upon making another reservation for 6 nights i receive a phone call about my review that i can not stay there because i mentioned the staff being rude and the room was a bit to small if you ever plan on staying here keep your opinion to yourself as you will be kicked out and not accepted to return for any possible redemption of their services absolutely horrible services and i will never recommend this hotel or ever stay here again absolutely unacceptable on their behalf they charged my father in law over 600 dollars just to be told we will not be accepted upon check in DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

Beware of Hotels.com
The hotel is excellent, hotels.com actually messed up on the day of the reservation and was a hassle to get corrected, I even had to move my work schedule around to accommodate the proper scheduling of Hotels.com with the room we wanted. The Hotel staff let us know that the room we wanted was not available on the day that Hotels.com booked but was available the following day and just moved us to the next day to accommodate us. The staff was so helpful and friendly about the mixup. I highly recommend using Praks Inn website over Hotels.com to get your reservation that you want.

I’ll start with saying the staff was extremely nice. The hotel itself smelled when we walked in. The room was dated and the outlets only worked intermittently. Tv did not work the entire time and the breakfast was only watery oatmeal, bread, a waffle maker and apples or cereal. Had no power in our room on our last day and elevator didn’t work so we had to use stairs. Had to shower with the lights from our cell phones. They messed up our security deposit so we are fighting with our bank. Would not recommend to stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE. At 9am we were trying to extend our stay by one night at the Park Inn by Radisson Hotel and they denied us the extend because of my US issued Puerto Rico Real ID. They are asking for passport because, by their understanding we are not US citizens and asked for our passports. We checked in last night with that same US issued real ID. We called all numbers possible for hotel relationships and they told us we have to manage the issue directly with the hotel management. Manager Ganesh (last name not provided by their policy) is now not accepting to extend our stay even when we show our passports to extend, knowing that we do not have to show the passport. So this is a clear discrimination from Puertorican people that are US citizens. The manager was rude and keep insisting for the passport and then he got mad and said that even with passports they were not extending the stay because of the fuzz. He was altered and being loud. We call guest relationships and they said that nothing can be done. We arrive to Las Vegas airport on 10/19/2024 using that same real ID through TSA at all airports. We have been staying around Las Vegas, Arizona, Utah (Springdale) until Today that we had that issue. An official report for discrimination was made to United States Department of Justice Civil Rights Division for discrimination.

VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS!!!!!
I advise against EVER staying at the Park Inn by Radisson in SLC Midvale!!!! My sister & I both booked 2 rooms for our family of 8 to stay 2 nights for a fun weekend getaway. We have a family member that lives in SLC, and he came back with us to the hotel to visit for a while longer. The front desk host called my sister's room & demanded she pay $10.00 for him to stay even though he was only there to visit for a bit. So she paid for him to get the guy off of our backs. 2nd night we got back late & headed to my sister's room. Same front desk host once again started YELLING at my sister saying they were going to charge me more because I supposedly hadn't paid for 4 people for my room. So I looked up my reservation and went to show this very ignorant host that I had indeed paid for 4 adults for 2 nights and had the confirmation number. As I walked to the front desk, I said I heard you want to charge me more and he started YELLING at me saying yes because you haven't paid for enough people. I said yes I most certainly have & showed him my reservation information. So he took a screen shot of the info & said he'd show (them) in the morning. They never did bother us after that. So if you like to be watched for your every move when entering the front doors, to being yelled at & threatened, than this is the place for you! Also heads up they charge a HEAFTY security deposit which was more than the 2 nights stay! Not to mention the rooms were filthy! Never staying here again!

The property is in great condition, very clean and the staff are great, but the walls of the rooms are very thin. I was able to hear the noises from the other rooms and that was very inconvenient.

Discriminatory towards disabled
They denied me access due to my service animal, insisting it was a pet and asked me illegal questions that violate ADA law and tried to bully me into signing a pet form even though I have no pets. I was in a lot of pain and didn’t have the energy to deal with the hostile and discriminatory staff. If you’re disabled steer clear. I paid for the booking and didn’t get to stay and neither hotels.com nor the actual hotel refunded me. It’s time to get the law involved
