The staff here are as friendly as a dagger is soft. I would not recommend staying here especially if you have children. My children are around 14-17 and they still were not allowed to swim after 2100. The employees I dealt with were very annoyed to even be talking to me and check-in was not any better. They were not friendly or informative. When the clerk handed me the keys to the room he turned and walked away without even giving me directions to the elevator or our room. Never again, even if it was free.

Worth every penny!
Fabulous! Such a beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms, such friendly service. It was during Christmas season, so there were a lot of non guests in the main level to see the decorated windows and gingerbread house. The bed was comfortable and everything was so tidy clean. Robes and slippers to lounge in, as you watch the large screen TVs We were so glad we chose to stay here for our wedding anniversary!

The Christmas trees and Christmas lights were beautiful, but usually there are slippers and robes in the room, but this time they didn’t change the robes someone else did wear and it smelled bad and they were no slippers. When I checked in, the credit card machine seemed to be broken, so I had to wait.

Absolutely love staying here
The first time we stayed there, we were in a culture shock. But, it has been one of the best places we have ever stayed. The beds are comfortable, the size of the room is amazing. Only the shower is built for one. But, we have had problems with water pressure in other places, but not here. We love staying here.

As always the room, the hotel, the window displays, the food, the service especially the valet, were all perfect. Last time I was given a top floor suite and there was a low hum from the HVAC on the roof so if you’re as noise neurotic as I am, go below the top floors. But that’s just me. Otherwise still my favorite hotel in America, and relatively inexpensive. Love this place.

Everything was pretty great except I was putt off by the person at the Front Desk who checked us in. Great reviews brought us to this hotel and we were left a little disappointed. On the other hand, Kodee was working in the little sitting area by the fireplace was pretty darn amazing. She walked us through the different cuisine options unlike the person at the desk who said he had no idea about the food and didnt bother to give any directions either.
