I opted to pay at the property because I had selected multiple rooms with multiple people. It appeared one of my bookings went through my payment, and the hotel was unable to taxes. So I will be reaching back out to Hotels.com to get that resolved.

The room was nice and spacious. The shower area was beeding slight maintenance. Bed was comfy. Parking is minimal and located in a semi abandoned part of downtown. Breakfast wouldve been good but the peraon in charge was unorganized and not prepared causing a long wait while other food items were running out. Overall a decent stay

Hotel is average as far as cleanliness. Location was convenient for my travel. Unfortunately, it’s not a quiet place to stay. You can hear the occupants of the rooms around you. Sound like a hurd of cows stomping around above me. And parking in the hotel lot, is limited and should be included, not an additional fee.

Clean facility and friendly staff. The only complaint was thr VERY limited parking situation. Not only limited, but was an additional $10.82 per jight charge.

I am in the San Antonio area monthly for work. This location was great. The rooms were clean. The location was convenient. The property was safe The highlight was the service. Shasta was very helpful and informative. The level of attention and professionalism was some of the best that I have encountered.

The property was nice but I wasn’t told about a $75 pet fee until after I already paid for the room and I also had 2 vehicles but had to park my car a few blocks away because they only allow one car to be parked- had I known this before hand I would have chosen a different place to rent a room and the lady at the counter was kind of rude, not very helpful started helping other guests in the middle of helping us so we had to wait then she called for help and that guy acted like he was being bothered and wasn’t very helpful either, was rude when I asked where else I could park, basically acted like he didn’t know and didn’t care as long as I didn’t park at the hotel
