Very. Noisy nearly all night Which interupted sleep. Also very far to most restaurants..had it not been for market across street we would have walked miles daily or spent more on cabs...luckily there was a bus stop outside hotel so we adjusted our schedukes

i loved this hotel it was awesome it made our vacation stay much better . we walked to the river walk alamo historic market square even to eat. there is a lot do to very close by the hotel . i would recommend this hotel didn’t have any problem at all rooms where clean and neat.

Decent but noisy
The hotel was walking distance to River Walk and Alamo. It was clean, staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast provided was pretty good. However, it's very noisy with trucks blowing horns and back-up beeping starting at 5AM from the business next door. Unfortunately our room was close to the noise so not pleasant.

I don’t understand why are they charging you a parking fee of $10 If you are already paid the booking to stay there and everything I mean it should be on the online That when you arrive at your hotel you will be charged an additional fee for parking This is the first time in so many booking that we get charged to park when already paid

The Hotel was nice But the staff was terrible Seems like it was a bother to check in Teo people at the counter to check in the lady finished her customer and I had to wait on the other guy to finish to check in Then the charge my card before I checked out I was going to pay cash like I always do Je said it would take to long to reverse the charge Like he didn’t know how to cancel the charge the STAFF is the first and last view to customer I won’t be using this hotel on my next trip

Close enough to River Walk to walk but make sure you have comfortable shoes! The area around the hotel is very limited on dining options, but you can walk downtown or take the bus around with a couple bus stops right outside the hotel. Breakfast was amazing each day we stayed. The room was perfect for a family or just a couple who wanted space to spread out. Very friendly staff and check in was easy.

Great hotel....get your own lunch dinner
The hotel was incredible. Very clean, breakfast was a great selection for people with different tastes, staff was very friendly. The only complain isn't a complaint on the hotel. They have a link to order in foods from a selection of restaurants. We ordered a pizza and a 2 liter of root beer. We were quoted 45 minutes and it took 2 hours during which we had to check on it multiple times. To make it worse, it was really terrible. You would be better off ordering carryout or doordash/ubereats/similar service for food

My stay at the hotel was disappointing. The check-in experience was poor, with the front desk staff being unfriendly and unwelcoming. The housekeepers were loud in the hallways during the mornings, which made it difficult to relax. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, and the fitness center was well-maintained, but overall, I expected a better experience.

Very friendly/kind staff, breakfast included, clean room and it’s in walking distance from the Riverwalk. You do have to pay $10 a night for parking. Will be going back on our next visit to SA.
