The floor was dirty like nobody swept or mopped it. There were bugs on the walls and cockroaches in my bed and on the floor and the room smelled disgusting.

There was cockroaches just crawling like we were visiting them the toilet seat was nasty like it was older than old with cracks in it the tub was dirty the floor was dirty the remote was all taped up and dirty looking just completely and utterly disgusting not sure how they’re still open to rent rooms to people

It was beyond disappointing. I stayed at the Motel 6 in Redlands due to a chemical issue in my apartment that prevented me from sleeping there. Unfortunately, my experience was full of letdowns. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed a bad odor, and the bathroom was in poor condition—the tub was so dirty that I didn’t feel comfortable using it. I ended up going to Walmart to buy a pillow and air freshener. While the air freshener helped a little, the room still had an unpleasant smell. The motel’s pillow was very flat, and the bed itself was uncomfortable, so I was grateful to have the extra support from the Walmart pillow. Additionally, I had planned to do some work in the morning, but the Wi-Fi didn’t work. We had even asked the front desk lady if there was Wi-Fi just to be sure, as it was important to me, and she assured us there was. When I tried to call the front desk for help with the Wi-Fi, I discovered the phone was disconnected—it even had a cut cord. It almost cost me $100, which feels highly overpriced considering I couldn’t take a shower, couldn’t use the Wi-Fi, couldn’t sleep well on the bed, and couldn’t reach the front office by phone when it was needed. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. The only positive aspect of my stay was the front desk staff; the lady there was very kind and respectful.

I wouldn’t recommend staying at this motel 6 the tub shower was dirty the comforter had cigarette burns towels looked dirty lighting in room was dim and the door actually didn’t look I would have been better off sleeping in my car they actually, should tear it down and rebuild

Never go there again totally needs to be redone including outside walkways inside the room. The bathtub was like from World War I. I mean the whole place is falling apart terrible plus there were no towels in my room. I had to go and ask the front desk. I’ll stop here cause I could go on
