A Special Trip
My husband and I came here to celebrate our one year of marriage—but little did I know, the room I booked had a tiny patio and an entire tree blocking our view. I spoke to the front desk about it and they showed me kindness and empathy, going above and beyond to help remedy the situation. Our room was upgraded for free to a much bigger room with a huge beautiful view. They also gave us complimentary sparkling wine and dessert. My husband and I truly appreciated the staff for their hospitality, and were able to enjoy our stay to the fullest. It was truly a special trip. I loved how we were able to walk down the marina, eat brunch at the onsite restaurant, and relax in the hot tub. Thank you Summer, and the manager who helped us!
