I had bought 2 new boxes of tampons because I started my period unexpectedly. My husband drove late to the store to get them. I opened one box and set them both in the bathroom one unopened and took some to Disneyland. When we got back, both boxes were missing. I took it up with hotel management and they treated me like an inconvenience, and acted like I made the entire thing up. The maid had cleaned that day, our stuff was moved and the boxes were gone. I do not like the way they treat their guests. I was reimbursed 16 dollars for the 2 boxes, however the maid lied and said she didn’t see any tampons. There is no logical explanation for 2 brand new boxes to go missing. They made a mistake and lied about it, as well as talked to me as if I made the whole thing up. Won’t be staying here again, because of the treatment. Rooms were nice for the price. Family room is spacious.

The night managers were kind and helpful during my stress level from the other hotel cancelling. They were there to help each time I went in to ask for directions or needing help finding local places to eat. Definitely would suggest them to others and will call them next time I head to San Diego.

This is the second time I have stayed here. Highly recommend. I stayed on the second floor this time. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Wasn't loud ever, even when staying right near the stairwell. All staff I encountered, were lovely. Parking is at $15 a day, but if you choose to do so, they'll just use the deposit made at check-in towards it at the end of your stay. Definitely will come back.

The stay was good I didn’t not like that they required a 100 dollar deposit for a room that cost 96 dollars and then the deposit takes 5-7 business days to go back to my account after check out

The most friendly staff I have ever encountered! They allowed us to check in early after a long flight. The room was very clean and the waffles in the restaurant were so delicious! I recommend everyone to stay here!

This property was close to all the attractions that we wanted to see. It was just off the expressway and easy to access. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The on property restaurants were excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is a throwback reminding me of traveling on road trips with my family in the 60’s-80’s. That is not a bad thing! It had all the amenities we needed while visiting family in the area. WiFi and TV was reliable, lovely pool and hot tub, on site restaurant had great breakfast fare. There is no free breakfast as with the big name hotel chains. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived on our cross country flight two hours before check-in but were able to get our room early. Our room was cleaned daily and left spotless. There is a $15/day parking fee if you need to park which was a little unexpected. All in all we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Our only complaint would be its location. Although it is on Hotel Circle that is exactly what it is. A access road filled with hotels which made it necessary for us to drive for anything we needed as far as meals or minor purchases.
