Hotel is in a quiet lakeside spot. It is spotlessly clean and very well furnished. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. There are a couple of restaurants by the lakeside if you want to eat out and the ferry dock is a couple of minutes walk away, if you want a boat trip on the lake. We will definitely stay here again.

Prima Lage für einen Kurzurlaub.
Eine Woche Urlaub am Gardasee. Gutes Hotel mit herrlicher Terrasse und Blick auf den See, das war unser Highlight. Frühstück top. Wir hatten ein Fitness Zimmer mit Balkon. Es war geräumig mit großem Bad. Es fehlt allerdings an Ablageflächen, Haken und der Schrank ist sehr klein. Eine einzige Steckdose im Zimmer, eine im Bad. Daher für ein paar Tage prima. Gute Lage für Ausflüge. Abends ist im Ort nicht viel los.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Frühstück. Direkt am See mit zwei Pools. Das Personal im Hotel war sehr zuvorkommend und schnell, während die Kellner in der Bar abends teilweise auf sich warten haben lassen. Anlage und Pools sind sehr gepflegt und schön. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr schönes Hotel in gemütlichem Ambiente, mit sensationellem Blick auf den See. Sehr sauber, Zimmer sowie allgemeine Hotel- und Aussenanlagen. Sehr freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen. Dieses Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Burde vært bedre ...
Vet ikke om vi var uheldig men ansvarlig den dagen vi sjekket inn var mildt sagt uhøflig og prøvde seg på direkte usannheter om forventet standard på rom og balkong. Vi ble tilbyd et rom som ingen burde få uten kraftig reduksjon i pris! En 1/4 størrelse av balkong med naboen sin utenfor rekkverket - uforståelig. Etter en god del krangling med ansvarlig dame om virkeligheten fikk vi et annet rom ... Ellers en plass der deler begynner å bli slitt - men ellers en ok plass for bad og sol.

Auch in der Hochsaison genügend Liegen am Pool bzw auf der Liegewiese mit Zugang zum See vorhanden. Eine recht große Anlage (dementsprechend viele Menschen) aber alles gut in Schuss und gepflegt.

Etwas außerhalb gelegen, dafür direkt am See mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Die Zimmer, die Bar, der Speiseraum, der Empfang, der Adult-Pool - alles sehr schön eingebettet in einen sehr gepflegten Blumengarten und alles auf kurzem Weg zu erreichen. Das einzige, was uns gestört hat, war der alte Teppichboden im Gang zu den Zimmern, der schon sehr abgewohnt aussah. Alles in allem aber ein wirklich schönes Hotel mit tollem Frühstück - wir kommen bestimmt wieder !!

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte Hotel molto bello con 2 bellissime piscine,colazione abbondante nel ristorante con una bellissima vista sul lago Camera spaziosa molto bella vista piscina Due ampi parcheggi Personale gentile Nel complesso una buona esperienza Abbiamo chiesto per e mail se fosse stato possibile rimanere in piscina dopo il check out ma ci hanno detto di no... tra l'altro in una delle due piscine c'era pochissima gente.... Forse dovrebbero essere un pochino più flessibili,visto che abbiamo pagato 150 euro per due persone solo con prima colazione...check in alle 15 e chek out alle 10... (se ritardi check out c'è scritto nel volantino che paghi un supplemento)

Llegamos a las 16hrs. y a pesar de que nuestra reserva era una habitación De Luxe con vistas al lago, nos dieron una habitación con dos balcones minúsculos, uno al parking y otro con vista lateral y obstruida al lago, nada que ver con las imágenes publicadas en vuestra página. Cómo podrán comprobar, la reserva la hicimos un mes antes de nuestra estancia y realizamos el pre-checking online dos dias antes de nuestra llegada. Nos pusimos en contacto con el gerente (Francesco) y la solución que nos ofrecía era alojarnos en una habitación de categoría inferior sin compensación alguna o en una superior pagando un suplemento. La primera noche tuvimos que dormir en esa habitación porque había overbooking en la categoría que habíamos reservado. En la segunda noche, finalmente, nos cambiaron a la categoría que habíamos pagado. No hemos recibido ninguna compensación ni reembolso por esa primera noche. Ruego tomen medidas y reclamen el reembolso de la primera noche. Atentamente, Iván Torralba
