Another night at a go to by SFO
It was a very nice experience. It’s our go to hotel when landing and having to stay in SFO area for one night. But, we always hope they will refresh the hotel. Update the rooms and conditions. Otherwise, the staff is always been incredible.

We were disappointed in our stay for a variety of reasons. The Hotels.com site promised airport shuttle...and the shuttle only started at 4:00 pm which was later than we arrived, so we had to take a taxi for $25+. The hotel was "tired", typically the beds at Hampton Inns are very comfortable, but not here. The air conditioner only worked sporadically, and was a very noisy hotel (outside noises). Overall, very disappointed based on Hotels.com ratings and reviews.

First there was no desk staff either at check in or departure. The Hotel is old and tIred. I stayed at 2 other hotels in the bay area and it was the poorest of the 3. There is a gleaming, new Hampton Inn on the North Side of SFO. Problem is there is no shuttle service to SFO from the newer Hampton Inn. The SFO shuttle from the hotel under review was adequate.

Overall, OK. First day we found toilet seat broken. When notified, they had fixed. Mini refrigerator froze everything. Seems the general item maintenance can be overlooked. Had to request room be “cleaned” (replace towels and empty trash). Stayed here 2 times before and did not encounter these type of issues.

We have stayed there a few times but recently there are areas that need attention. 1. The bed sheets were not cleaned, there were still hairs on it. 2. There were white sticky stains on the counter top. 3. Though when we booked it throughout Travelocity, it stated that the parking is free, yet the front desk still charged us $30 per day 4. The hand sanitizer next to the elevator wasn’t refilled the last two times we were there. Hope the management will do something to fix this or most likely we will be looking at other places

The property is definitely older and outdated. Many flights leave the San Francisco airport very early and the shuttle bus doesn't give people enough time to utilize and get there the 2 hours required by the airport. The shuttle bus should be available earlier, so we took an Uber.

Do not book this hotel through Expedia. Their site states free self parking but hotel charges $25 per night! It’s a false advertisement! There are plenty of hotels in the area that offer free parking. Expedia does not honor the free parking.

Location was good as you can walk along the shoreline across the street. 25 min walk to the milbrae Bart stop. Limited walkable food dinner options. Nice to have a breakfast and shuttle included
