The place was clean, but what made this place an amazing place was the staff. Not only were they helpful but caring for my needs. I came in sick and they helped with everything I needed. I totally recommend this hotel.

Amazing checking in and checkout experience. Valet parking only. However, staff is friendly and quick to get the car. Only property with access in the bathroom for my husband who is in a wheelchair. We were happy with the experience even though we stayed for one night.

The hotel is centrally located and easy to access old San Juan and La Placinta. Easy access to Starbucks and other local restaurants and shopping for any last minute needs you may have. The rooms was larger than expected and very modern decor. Common areas were under renovation. Breakfast was the worst. But everything else about my stay was excellent

We were in town unexpectedly due to a death in the family. The staff couldn’t have been more supportive and accommodating. They were very flexible because our situation was so fluid and unsure. Even offered a very late check out to ensure we had a place to be together until our departure. The rooms were smaller than we expected but the service was better than could have been expected.
