This was a terrible experience. We chose this hotel as it was near the airport but had we known how bad it was we would have chose differently. The first room we were given had a dark black stain on the ceiling which then started leaking. We asked for another room and we were given another room that had a strong odor that was giving my wife a headache. When we told the staff they seemed bothered and gave us another room all the way in the back which is where we ended up staying the night. The staff here are not friendly and helpful and the condition of the hotel is poor and unsafe.

The stay was good and place was clean and well maintained but staff was little rude in the morning 2 free breakfast passes were provided but I was like 5 minutes late after 10:30 no one told us about you cannot get the 2 free breakfast after 10:30 they ignored we only were 5 minutes late and didn’t provide the 2 free breakfast. Next time should explain about the rules for getting free breakfast and time breakfast is offered.
