Great service. Service were very polite, kind and friendly. Breakfast was really good. Having access to coffee and water all day is ideal. Rooftop was pretty and well designed. Gym was a bit disappointing but had all the essentials.

A very nice hotel with a great pool, gym and bar area. The service in the rooftop bar is pretty bad and they had less than half the food and drinks menu available but the view is worth it. The rooms are excellent

Fantastic hotel in santiago
Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Santiago, the service was fantastic from start to finish. The room was big, very clean and excellent view and the roof top pool and bar wow! Area is fantastic aswell on the door step to some of the best parts of Santiago, we walked everywhere and felt incredibly safe.

Service of staff was really great, always friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nice, things to improve would be seemed difficult to regulate the temperature of the room, and the bed needed a mattress protector.
