Casa Libertad has falling off. It was a brand new hotel only a few years ago (opened around 2020) and now it is in total disrepair. Leaking ceilings. Limited hot water. Rust stains. Roaches. I will not be back

Very nice to have a place where you can cook your own food and is next to a super market. Doesn't get more convenient than that. Place is clean, has very good A/C and fans, and is also surrounded by nearby restaurants and fun activities that can be walked to. I didn't like the fact that there isn't any parking for hotel guest, so you have to luck out and find parking in the streets or pay for private parking. Overall, would really recommend it.

The hotel is next to a supermarket. It is a 5 minute walk to.lots of restaurants in Zona colonial. I love the area. Great hotel for a traveler on a budget.

This is always my go to place when I need a hotel in Santo Domingo- The gentleman at the front desk is always very nice and polite and welcoming, and the cleaning ladies are very sweet and do a wonderful job
