Hotel is getting dated and could use refurbishing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was in need of an update, carpet worn, towels with loose threads, sink drain not working, caulking around shower in sink needs replacement. Room was cold until I found thermostat behind the TV. Food in the restaurant was good for supper, not so good for breakfast - seem items had been prepared long time before being served - luke warm fried eggs leather like.

I liked their free shuttle when the roads are so icy and snowy and don't have to arrange a ride and worry about them being late due to the weather. The room was clean and quiet. The atrium area really cool to walk around in and enjoy. It was also great to watch the Canucks beat the Bruins on various TV's playing the game. Love the atmosphere. Feels tropical oasis in the winter tundra.

Annoying sounds in the room
Terrible humming sound inside the room. Heating and air conditioning making extra noise. We asked at the desk I and it seemed to be a problem on all floors. Not only the upper floor. Hotel building seems to be old and not well renovated. It’s close to the airport and the bistro downstairs is nice.
