Hotel is generally in need of some major renos and updates. I always check the bed for bugs when I go into hotels and when I pulled back the sheets, noticed many stains on the sheets and mattress cover. The housekeepers were still in the hallway so we showed them and they promptly came in and changed the mattress cover and sheets. When it was brought to the front desk's attention they said it was rust stains from their washing machine but there is no way that's what this was. I will give props to the housekeeping staff for being so prompt with changing the sheets and the bed was quite comfortable. But it was disappointing that this used to, at one time, be one of the fancy hotels in Saskatoon and is now looking so run down.

It is a beautiful hotel, looks like they’ve done some updates. I appreciate that there was a lounge and restaurant along with a Starbucks. But unfortunately I think they have a lot of weddings and events. That go on well after midnight with music BLASTING. They apparently turned the ac off so the room was extremely hot. Thermostat started 26. Felt much much hotter than that. Windows don’t open either. They brought a fan but not much help just blowing around hot air. The room definitely needs some attention when coming to cleaning. The vents on the ceilings are disgusting!!!! The check in and our process was easy and the room was very very spacious.

More than what I expected. The room smelled very nice when I opened the door. Room was spacious, with big window. The carpet was cleaned and felt like new. The shower was cleaned and good size, water pressure was great. I will definitely come back when visiting Saskatoon again and gladly recommend to anyone.

I booked a room with my girlfriend and there was blood on the sheet that just tell me a lot they don’t clean properly and I will never go again I would rather spend lots of money just to make sure I’m sleeping in a clean bed

Saskatoon is great price point. So convient to have a Starbucks in the lobby. Staff is super nice. King suites on 8th floor weve got two times super clean and nice.

The room was sooo hot , thermostat turned off and window opened as far as you can open it we even asked for a fan. Temp in room never dropped below 25. No air conditioning in the rooms.

Don’t state there is A/C when the units are not equipped. Both rooms were way too hot and did not cool down over night. Couldn’t even sleep with the top sheet on. The furniture in the one room was broken, the drawer wouldn’t even stay closed. Overall horrible sleep and when you pay for a hotel room that’s the one thing you’re paying for, is a good sleep.
