The bathroom was very dirty. There was mold on the ceiling and the light fixture was falling off. My daughter’s room had ants in the bathroom.

Check in was terrible. After traveling all day I had to wait at least ten minutes for the desk clerk. Apparently he was the only one working and was required to do maintenance too. When he did finally show he just mumbled and had terrible customer service. This was 6:30 in the evening The room was nice and clean

The property was under construction with a new and rather unhappy desk clerk when we arrived. When I rented on line it said no charge for pets, yet they charged $25 for our 9 lb old pup., the free breakfast and staff in the morning were nice.

Mom/daughter trip

It was a great stay for our mom/daughter trip with friends. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel is remodeling, but that was a problem for us.
