The staff was amazing even though my order through Expedia didn't transfer to their hotel system they found it without having me call Expedia. We were staying there for my step daughters birthday and they made it extra special for her. We all had a great time although were we walked around seattle from the hotel and the convention we went to, there was a good amount of human feces and urine on and next to sidewalks and in parking garage elevators.

It was downtown 2 blocks from the link train great shopping, walking distance to pike market and pier about 10 min . Staff is really nice but I think they were short staffed that week so not judging but everyone is really nice and friendly

This hotel was is walking distance to many attractions in the city of Seattle. The staff was very informative and friendly. Our room was clean and I appreciated the safety features. Excellent stay.

Property was nice location and walkable to a couple different place or close to train stations. Not a lot to eat as far as quick pick up food and not too many restaurants that stay open late. There was a couple places that didn’t fell safe as others.
