THIS IS LITERALLY AN OVERPRICED MOTEL. Dingy, wallpaper in the bathroom falling off, the bathrooms need a major update. It honestly feels like the rooms need to get inspected to see if you find hidden cameras inside the rooms. Something about it feels so sleezy and unsafe. The only good thing about it was the proximity to Pike Market.

We just spent 4 night at this hotel. Our only real complaint is our room was starting to look very worn. Chipped furniture, baseboards black marks all around the room. The bed apholstery was flaking off onto the floor. We enjoyed to location, it was very quiet, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great stay, but parking could be easier.
Everything was great. Check-in was fast, room were updated, clean and comfortable. Parking was costly and drop off was too busy. Access to the our car during the stay was limited.

I purchased breakfast through my reservation which included 1 entree from the menu. When I went to breakfast and showed the server a card showing my breakfast was included with or reservation, I received awful slow service. Our waiter provided water and coffee to other tables that arrived after us before my table. We were not in a rush so it didnt bother us but it was obvious that we didn’t get our meal as fast as other tables and we didn't get coffee refills as fast as other. Service workers are amazing people. I'm always looking for a reason to over tip but the breakfast service disserve a zero rating. The front counter and housekeeping service was amazing and deserve a 5 rating.

I found the property and staff were great very helpful they even had happy hour everynight free wine and free coffee in the morning always had cold water for you as well. The Outlier restaurant attached to the property had a great breakfast and we did dine there as well it was convenient for us and the food was good prices were not too bad would differently recommend the Kimpton Monaco in Seattle
