I love the roof top and always a special stay for me and my wife. One things i didnt like was when i was given a parking spot and when i come back after site seei g the garage is full and my spot i paid for was not available. If i paid for parking i should have a spot. Overall great stay

On Jan 4 at approx 12:30PM, I asked the desk attendant (bald) to get me transportation to SeaTac. He asked if I would use the hotel's service; cost $55. No other info was given. I took the service and when I got there the driver (an Ethiopian) charged me $68 because of a credit card. He said it would be $55 only if I paid in cash and not a debit card. After tip, I paid $75 and the hotel guy was "lieing".You should provide full information.

It has a great location, with attractions near by and good view at rooftop. Staff is attentive to the inquiries and questions I have. During check in, I was given a wrong room, but able to resolve. The only drawback would be we paid $30 for parking per stay, was told that the parking was not guaranteed, so you basically pay for something, but you may not have a spot.

The hotel was chosen for the location as we were attending a hockey game as part of our holiday. The staff were excellent , helpful when we needed direction . The hotel is charming. We will stay here again.

There was nothing about this place that i did not like! The front staff was fantastic..very friendly and engaging. The room was very nice and bed was extremely comfortable. Hotel was located 2 blocks from our event and there were many restaurant choices right there also. I will definitely recommend this hotel!!
