Love the hotel the moment we stepped in. We are a family of 6, consisting elderly and children, Moxy made all of us feel comfortable and at home. The bar area at level 4 is great for hanging out if you want to stay up late, there’s free laundry machines for use, convenient to restaurants, street food and lots of shopping. Overall a really good experience and i’ll recommend it to anyone. We booked the quad room so there are more space. Book early to secure bigger rooms!

My stay at Moxy Myeongdong was perfect! After spending time in Japan I wanted to make a pit stop in S. Korea and I’m so glad I stayed at the Moxy Myeongdong. The atmosphere of the city and vibe of the hotel went hand in hand! Very surprised that the room was quiet although being near the hustle and bustle of Myeongdong Market. We walked to Seoul Tower one day and the next Gyeongbokgung Palace. There’s so much to see I’m excited to come back!

Great location less than 1 minute walk to main shopping area of Myeongdong. Room was cleaned everyday, property in great condition, staff very accommodating. Great value for property, location, convenience, and more. Just 5 minute walk to subway line 4 or line 2. Would recommend and stay again. Comfy beds and great staff too! All so friendly and helpful. My friends stayed in the family room and it was so spacious and great. Keep in mind that regular rooms are very small with little room for luggage. But we made it work and wasn’t an issue for us.

This is the first Moxy that I have stayed in and I will definitely stay here again and try their other properties. The hotel was connected with The Meridien and the door that we entered the hotel by way of the street made check-in slightly confusing but once we were told where to go we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very helpful and attentive, and they do speak English as well. We received a token for our complimentary “welcome drink” and proceeded to our rooms. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and modern with good amenities. There is a wonderful and cozy bar that is very welcoming and a nice place to unwind. The hotel is located just minutes from the subway and the busy nightlife of Meyong-dong and its street food stands and shops. There are several local dining options and convenience stores such as 7 eleven and it is family friendly. I highly recommend and the rate was reasonable.
