I had an absolutely amazing stay at Raffles! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional—every staff member went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and cared for. The facilities were spotless, well-maintained, and exceeded my expectations. The amenities were outstanding, offering everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Whether it was the pool, spa, or dining options, everything was top-notch and thoughtfully designed to provide maximum comfort. Great place to stay in heart of business district
Really unique mixed use property with possibly the best views of the city. Amazing gardens at top of hotel (floors 17-20) and again at the top of the tower on 51. Great communal work space and other facilities like pool and fitness spaces. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Very close to transit and hawker centre just at end of building. Great, friendly staff too.Easy walk to anywhere in biz district. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Super small room, the view wasn’t great. The hotel staff was over worked and couldn’t balance and manage customers at the front seat resulting in long lines and wait times.

Pleasant stay!!
Good stay! Comfortable bed, lots of storage space. Nice view. Great location, close to food & MRT. Beautiful property. Friendly, helpful reception staff. Used the pool daily. Grout had green algae growth; should probably be cleaned. Did not know housekeeping was every other day. Took 2 hrs to get requested fresh towels. Other than that, very enjoyable.

Good: the property is in an excellent location close walk to transport, shops and great attractions. The rooms are comfortable and adequate. Bad: there was a strong musty mould smell in the room which while staff tried to fix by installing a device that pumps out a floral smell. But this only masks the smell, there is clearly an underlying cause in the buildings air-conditioning system as the same smell occured in other areas of the building. Overall: the location was excellent however for the same price you can obtain a larger apart-hotel room with mini kitchenette which this room did not have.

We arrived on what was described as the annual power shutdown day and they had shutdown all power to the elevators. This made checking in on the 9th floor VERY DIFFICULT. By the time we got ahold of someone to help we were completely soaked from the very high humidity and temperatures. They shuttled us around via maintenance elevators while the power was turned on and off. Checkin was a total disaster as we could not get our room for 3-4 hours and had to wander around for hours in the heat before we were able to go to our room. The staff was also not very accomodating/flexible as coffee was not available in the lobby until exactly 7 am. The rooms were a bit small and quite humid. Also no wash clothes were available. The hotel is however in a central location and the facilities are quite modern.
