I checked in and checked out. Place was filthy, bed was absolutely awful and I wouldn't feel comfortable staying in that hotel nor taking my shoes off.

Sooooo noisy
Did not sleep at all. The downtown train tracks go right along the building. Even with white noise and ear plugs, impossible to sleep through trains going by every 5-10 minutes. Friendly service and good location but never never again.

Nice renovation of older building. Comfortable bed and nice quality bedding and towels. Was expecting this part of Spokane to have more homeless problem and was pleasantly surprised that it was not so. Not much garbage in area either. Spokane, please tell Seattle and Portland how to do it better?

Good place in a pinch.
I was in town for a family emergency. Was not even sure how long I would need to stay. They were perfect. The ladies at the desk were understanding and awesome. Made the parking good (which is always a mess, I am from Seattle). Thank you for your help.

the good 1- free Avista E-vehicle charger across the street. 2- low cost 3-rooms seem clean 4-near downtown locations the not as good 1-railroad on the perimeter of the property 2-campers under the railroad underpass all day all night though ive never had a run in of any kind. 3-odd smell- bring some potpourri?? i have stayed here a couple of times. staff is friendly, coffee is free. walking distance to the Davenport and theaters where my son and daughter in law perform. walking distance to Indaba coffee in the AM. if I stay in the summer again i want to check out the roof top patio. i bet it would be an interesting view

We originally were only going to stay two nights but we were having a lovely time and wanted to stay another night. We were told that we couldn’t stay in the same room but we could book a king since there was one available. After booking the next night using Expedia I asked if we could get into that room early, the front desk gentleman was super accommodating and let us in, checked out of our old room and into our new one despite it being late. The next day I got a call from the hotel at about 1pm in the afternoon saying check in wasn’t complete so we sped back to the hotel and we were greeted with the most rude staff that was rolling her eyes making us feel so unwelcome.She was very quick to blame other employees and us for Not answering the room phone, we had to stop and explain her attitude is with the wrong people because we definitely aren’t trying to inconvenience anyone then the attitude slowly subsided but we are not as impressed with this stay as previous stays. Will definitely consider other hotels next time. Also we feel we over charged for waters from the front desk and or charged for late checkout without our knowledge as we only got back $30 from our safety deposit and another $25 from the other reservation

Hotel and room were clean. I’d recommend it for the price point. There are trains that run through downtown so if you’re a light sleeper you might need the supplied ear plugs.

Close to downtown. Microwave, fridge, and coffee maker in room. Small comfortable room. Disappointed that there is no longer breakfast available on site. We had to walk a few blocks down the street in the rain.

overall was great! super close to everything in downtown. the train was not an issue at all? i was concerned due to reviews but I very rarely heard it and never was woken by it. i was on the ground level not sure if that helped? The area was fine. Yes homeless stay under the bridge but not once did I see any in the carpark or creating issues. Would for sure stay again. Had no concerns or issues :)
