The service that we received was very professional and kind which was a very good part of our stay. The hostess recommended a bunch of different restaurants and various activities that we could do while we were in town. Also, she clearly stated all of the relative policy information that we needed to know - including the continental breakfast time. However, the hotel was one of the unrenovated models and it was very outdated. The WIFI network never showed up, so we were never able to sign in on our streaming platforms during our stay - instead we had to use our phone data and watch it on our phones. Also, the bed was extremely uncomfortable - it gave us pretty bad back pain which was surprising. We had to move the mattress to the floor, which helped the situation. Also we found a hair in the sheets, but that was the only thing that was wrong cleanliness-wise. The AC worked pretty good, it just made the room humid. Lastly, the continental breakfast was very basic and was mainly comprised of packaged goods and a limited beverage selection. Overall, it was a decent stay if you just need a room and don’t really care about the amenities or luxuries that a normal hotel brings. Except the customer service from the hostess was amazing and I would like to definitely make that clear! Overall 6.5/10
