My issues with the hotel had to do with heat in the room. You could not adjust thermostat to make it warmer. No one answered at the front desk when I called. I’m assuming the heat could not be override from the room. It also took a very long time for the water to heat up in the shower, which is what I tried to do to keep warm. I slept in a sweatshirt and pants.

Suggest you improve the breakfast to have healthier options and less sweet foods. Bathroom had broken soap dish. Hotel is ultra convenient when we visit our daughter at Umass so we like staying here. The walkway from garage to building could use a nice mural or something more welcoming than a white cement wall! Thank you to the lady who helped my husband this morning as he has memory issues and she connected him back to the correct room. Thank you for the extra kindness- wish I caught her name.
