Front desk staff could have been more acknowledgeable and where things are located in this hotel and what they do offer instead of just checking the customer in and handing over the room keys. But over 4 out 5 would stay again.

Very clean and new decoration, the food and coffee are good, staffs are friendly and welcoming. I would like to make a recommendation on the hair dyer in the bathroom that needs to checked. It has flame inside when it's on, it needs a clean as the back has lots of dust.

Good for a short stay
Only stayed for a night on a road trip. Staff is friendly and helpful, no frills room but comfortable and clean. Small fridge, no coffe in the room but 24x7 coffee in the lobby. Free breakfast that was adequate. First place I’ve seen with a shower stall with a door instead of curtains 👍

The stay was good. The kids loved the colorful lobby and the water bottle station. The room was clean. The water pressure was ok, but mild warm water. The amenities in the lobby were great (beverage station)

1st time @Tru by Hilton 4a family mini getaway
Amazing front desk check in staff, and beautiful room clean and wonderful decor n look pool and indoor activities was amazing breakfast was good expected alil more cooked food but it was still good stuff n great choices hotel is clean well lit safe and good staff only complaint was house keepin jus walked in no knock nothing n it was a few hrs befor check out but i also forgot to put sign on door but she should’ve knocked but she apologized so it was fine but loved our stay and looking forward to another wkend trip in sept was there for daughters 18 bday get away and she loved it and the top tier experience was the comfy bed and great ac would definitely highly recommend

The staff was so very kind to all of my kiddos and never once made me feel like we were an inconvenience in away. They had plenty of things to keep us all happy and entertained during our Ppstay! Definitely a wonderful experience all around! :)
