Excellent long weekend stay, from the initial view of the outside, right through to check out, everything was first class. Every member of staff was very friendly, the food was good and room clean. Position of hotel is excellent, right in centre of St Helier.

Staff helpful and friendly high standard of cleanliness in all areas of hotel. Hotel facing liberation square and harbour which is a nice area to sit and chill out, bus station across road which makes it easy to explore rest of island

Room was far smaller than I have had previously which was dissatisfying room right next to the lift . Service good although when resting in the room cleaner would knock to check if cleaning satisfactory. Whilst this is a good initiative it would be good if they text and asked you yes or no . Location. Is perfect . Front desk staff superb

We were looked after from our arrival, till our departure. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was superb. Takis and his team made our check-in a breeze. Our room was serviced to the best standard every day. Breakfast was a real treat every morning and we were so looked after by Duncan, Carlos and their brilliant team. We have stayed at the Pomme D'Or previously and, no doubt, we will be staying there again.

Jersey is an interesting island
Location of the hotel is well-situated being very near the Liberty bus station and a short walk to town. The room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is a good spread. The hotel staff is helpful.
