Pros: Great location to the Arch. Hotel restaurant (Brewhouse) was great! Cons: self parking was limited. I still don’t understand how there isn’t enough parking if you have a reservation. Self parking $40 a night. But there isn’t enough so you can try to find somewhere else to park or pay $50 per night for valet. Just charge the $50 per night and call it a day. Worst part of the stay by FAR is the outside noise. Motorcycles and backfiring cars well into 3am. 14th floor room with window facing downtown. Hotel says “text us anytime” and we’ll get right back to you. No response. Again, great location, but if you can’t seen through noise equivalent to fireworks..,

Could have handled it a bit better.
The hotel itself was very nice. My room had gorgeous views. I didn't give them 5 stars because of two issues: not enough on-site parking, and an elevator malfunction, which could have been handled better. Not sure what they can do about the parking, but I had to park 4 blocks away and cart my luggage down the street. They had two banks of elevators, each bank served specific floors. Two elevators in each bank of four were in service. At a very busy time, one of the elevators got stuck on an upper floor (18 floors in this hotel). The lobby was packed with people trying to get to their rooms. I went to the front desk to ask if they could put the other two elevators in my bank in service. I was told engineering was working on it and security was going to assist guests to their rooms. Nope, didn't happen. We weren't kept apprised of the situation, security did nothing, and it took another 30 minutes for me to get to my room. I was on the 16th floor, so the stairs were out of the question for me. But , having said all that, I would stay there again due to the location and quality of the rooms.

We chose this hotel because it was within walking distance to an event we were attending. Loved the view of the Arch, too. There were four elevators that could be used to access the floor we were on; two of them were out of order. There was a used q-tip in the hallway in the floor. It was there for at least 15 hours despite the housekeepers actively working that floor/hallway. Public parking garages were hard to locate much less find one that had room. Ended up using valet parking and they were fantastic! Staff was very polite and helpful.

I would have given the property 5 stars but for the service issue. It is close to the Arch, walkable to Busch Stadium and restaurants. We felt safe and had no issues with getting where we needed to go. What was unfortunate is that we are a married couple and the hotel was not full yet we were booked into a two bed room without a king bed option. Then, we asked for towels and turnover of the room on the third night. After room service came through, the trash was full, towels left in the bathtub and a few clean towels left stacked on the counter. The place was good. The service was bad.

Perfect location
Perfect location to visit The Arch and Busch Stadium/Ballpark Village. Once we parked the car, we didn't need to get back in it till we were ready to leave for home. Hotel staff at check-in and check-out were very professional, friendly and helpful. Room was great, nicely furnished. Only comment is the vinyl padded headboard on the wall was a little flaky from where people have leaned against it sitting up in the bed, then the flaky vinyl sticks to your head (or pillow if you put it up to lean against) and gets on the pillowcase, which is kind of gross. And the design of the shower door, collects water so when you open the door to get out of shower, all the water spills out onto the floor and makes a pretty big puddle. But We'd still stay here again!
