The lobby is beautiful, the hallways to the room have an unpleasant stench, the rooms are small and a bit dated compared to the lobby. As far as the parking, for it to be $40 a night, parking should be a bit more accommodating to the paid customers.

The customer service was 5 🌟. We ended up having to stay an extra day because of the winter storm. They made it very easy an accommodating for us. Also, got stuck in the snow exiting the hotel and the 2 Valets guys pushed us out. Definitely recommend this amazing hotel.

well the stay was ok i have stayed there before but this time was so busy the vallet was $50 if u park it yourself its $40 but i was told were out of parking ummm how are u outnof parking for your hotel was told self parking not available vallet would be about a hour wait to check in an get parked so i was forced to park down the street at a parking garage it was just terrible but the bed was ok it was quiet area as well where our room was.

Overall the property was good, great rooms, enjoyed the Bar/Grill that was there and convenient for trip to the Arch. Was NOT aware I'd be expected to pay for parking. They should have been more upfront about that as it made it less affordable for us. Biggest issue(s) that were negative was a very loud and violent domestic dispute going on in the room next to us. Started at 10:15 pm or so. It went on, off and on, for 2 hours. Got really bad and I called the front desk who transferred me to Security. They did come up in 5 minutes, after I called around 12:15AM. Knocked loudly and announced themselves. The man in the dispute came to the door, they spoke briefly but Security never asked to see the woman involved to make sure she was ok. No one ever called me back. It continued to be an issue for another 1/2 hour, but somewhat quieter. Lady in the room was still crying and sounded to be in distress. Eventually got quiet by 1AM. By the time I got to sleep it was well after 3AM. Made for a very bad night of sleep (less than 4 hrs). Also very scary. I tried to call the hotel to talk to a manager later the next day and could only leave an extended message. I asked for a call back, but no one responded. I believe we should either be refunded, partially refunded, or given a certificate for a future stay within Hyatt's hotel system. Our visit could have been very memorable; it's not the hotel's fault for the domestic violence in the next room, but I think it was handled poorly overall.
