About 30 mins from downtown St Thomas and in a quieter section of the island but a very good resort for the money. Restaurant onsite isn’t fancy but gets the job done. Best dining is taking the safari or a taxi into Red Hook or into downtown St Thomas. Facility is nice. Pools are large and well kept. The hilltop swim up pool bar is a blast. Highly recommend doing the snorkel cat catamaran excursion of this property as well. Worth every cent for the 5 hours of fun.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The overall experience was nice, however the surrounding area was very impoverished. It’s safe to walk around the locals are friendly. There is two small convenient stores maybe a 5min walk outside the resort. Last Lap which is a restaurant to your right of the hotel food is good. 😊

When I arrived at the property and inspected my room I found small white bugs in the crevasses. I was told by maintenance that they were ants and the only thing they could do is use bug spray or alcohol. To compensate for my inconvenience the manager told me I could only receive a 50 dollar voucher and would not be able to get a new room due to all units being booked. After sleeping in the bed with bedbugs and seeing roaches crawling around, I am truly distraught and disgusted. The staff was rude and overall I did not have a good experience after paying an abundance amount of money for a perfect getaway. A week later we are currently still itching from bug bites and had to throw all our belongings away in hopes of not infecting our home.

Parking of cars was nearly impossible. Seaweed by beach near only Restaurant had bad smell. We had ants invading our room. They came and sprayed outside. We had to buy ant spray and kill all in the room. Room itself was nice. Location of resort was a couple of miles to Red Hook where restaurants, shopping, and markets were available. Upper Pool and swim up bar was nice, but no food at bar. Overall 4 out of 5 rating.

The bugs were out biting also the facility basically shuts down 9pm in my opinion on vacation that’s far too early also not really many things to do in property as well

Such a beautiful resort, staff everywhere were polite and amazing. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The food and accommodations were great. Golf carts everywhere to help you get around. The ONLY downfall was the seaweed on the beach stunk so bad you could taste it. No way to avoid or change that, they were trying so hard to clean it up maybe just the time of the year. But we loved the resort!!!

The front desk staff was excellent! They accommodated us by giving us a call at 12 to let us know the room was ready. Unfortunately the whole property smelled like rotten eggs due to the sargassum aka algae on the shoreline of the property. It was overpowering at times luckily Coki Beach was right over a small hill and saved us from the smell. The bar/restaurant closed at 10 pm which wasn’t so great considering everything is far and only reachable by taxi.
