I've stayed here many times. I was not able to check-in on arrival at midday so I waited in the bar/lounge for a couple of hours until a room was available. This room was not up to scratch compared with previous stays and the deciding factor was the unusually hard bed. I asked to change and they offered me an alternative which better met my expectations. I would still like this hotel to offer bottled water in rooms, even though the tap water is classed as 'safe to drink'. The gym is very good for a hotel fitness centre. The sauna is a welcome addition also. The hotel restaurant is above average for this type of hotel.

This property is very clean and nicely located across from a large park with a great Boulle Bar. Not too many restaurants around there but it’s walkable to old town in 45 min. Rooms were small but clean and the beds were small more like double beds not standard queen beds . Overall would recommend .
