Considering that the hotel is located in Swift current however they seemed to ignore winter. The parking lot was not plowed and I got stuck with my truck numerous times. Someone with a small car would be in trouble.

Hotel.com misleading description
I paid a little more for a "suite". All it was was a normal queen room with one of the beds removed and an extra chair in its place. It did have a slightly larger coffee bar. When i mentioned at the desk they said yes, they advertise it ad a mini suite but Hotels.com say suite. They have been advised to change it but haven't. Its misleading. Not the hotels fault but Hotel.com attempt to get more money in a sleazy way.

Overall, I was pleased with the room. It was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, upon arrival the water was turned off and plumbers were working to rectify a problem. I left the hotel for the evening, and when I returned the room was very steamy, as the plumbers had left the tub running (they obviously forgot to come back in and turn it off after completing their work; I have no idea how long the water may have been running before I came back in). It took a while for things to cool down in the room as a result. The hotel is in a quiet area of town and is well kept. I would definitely stay again!

This is an older property but our room was clean and updated. The carpet was wrinkled up and the heat was not on when we got to the room. It was pretty chilly. The bathroom seemed all updated as well, but that “wing” def seems older. We were at the back in the two story motel style rooms. No elevator. If you are very fussy this place is not for you. But the beds were comfy the bedding was new and clean. All was fine.
