4 ladies staying in a room There was no hot water in a room until the next morning blankets smelled had holes in them . Shower floor was dirty. When we walked into room it smelt. Beds were uncomfortable advertising a dining room and breakfast no food available at all in this facility no fan in bathroom to take out the steam when we finally got hot water.

Checked out after being there for 10 minutes. It looked like the property hadn’t been maintained for 15 years. The pictures used for advertising look like they’re from a different hotel.

The previous occupant had left the windows open in the rain, so my room had wet carpets. The staff were great about it and I had a new room pronto. The place is older, in a charming way, a little run-down in places but it'll be here for a long time to come and the condition is fine given the price range. It's on a main road but far enough and set below the road's level, so the room was perfectly quiet. Comfy bed too.

Room was a great size for a family. The room smelled quite badly of cigarette smoke - it seemed to be worse in the bathroom. The upstairs people were noisy well past a reasonable hour . Location was very convenient a and lots of parking. Beds were quite firm but comfortable enough. Had both a firm and soft pillow to use .

First room we were placed in was filthy, bugs, smelly, fridge was musty, smoke alarm was beeping. We requested another room which they kindly catered for, which was a lot better/bearable. However, the room needed a lot of maintenance and was not very clean.

This property is looking tired and in need of some attention. Things that would make a better impression are - fix the ripped net on the tennis court - paint the gazebo at the entrance - ensure the pool is clean and inviting - upgrade TVs to provide more than extremely limited channels ie 2,7,9,10 ( not even SBS On a positive note the room was clean.

Walking into the house there is a terrible sewerage smell . Walked into the house - not opened for ages - a terrible damp musty smell . In the outdoor area - no tables or chairs but empty beer bottles . Flees jumping out of the carpet - not enough cutlery . Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes - no dish washer powered or tablets to wash dishes 📲- no tea towel to wash dishes by hand - absolutely disgrace . Checked out - no one at reception to complain to - left the key and walk out - will be giving a very bad review . Website shows one new bedroom and bathrooms-so tricks you into thinking it’s new and nice - other parts of the house - dirty carpets - disgusting I fly cleaned bedrooms - very dusty grotty skirting boards - no lamps in bedroom . Not happy at all - $ 600 for one night - NOT ON
